The guys were very friendly, but they put a mesh metal that someone could cut and they had to come back and re-do with new metal. They put the wrong type of locking mechanism on the windows too. They put a metal, locking bar on the front door and it was not installed correctly. They did come back out to fix the issues, very compliant, no problems with having them come back out.

It was a disaster and a total waste of money, except for the $75 I spent to secure the 1st gate. Even that, however, was installed on the outside of the gate (facing the street) as opposed to the inside where I requested so it would not be seen from the street. The gate was not completed in the timeframe they claim (5 days). When they came to install the gate, the bars were too far apart, not what was requested to keep my small dog from getting through. The second gate was installed swinging the wrong direction. The third gate they installed was too high at the bottom and my dog easily slips out from under it. When I complained it was not where we had discussed, they came out and pushed stones under the gate to make it LOOK like it was lowered. I totally wasted $475 for this gate! I have used this group in the past but will NEVER use them again.

The work was performed as quoted. The quote was competitive with others after neogiation. Of the three contractors I contacted, AR Iron was the only one who told me about the need for a latch and that both gated must open out. These requirements are because we have a pool. All of my questions were answered and the installation crew were professional. I would use this company again.

Representative was very professional. Work was completed within one week of receiving quote, price was competitive and quality of work was first class. I had a very good experience with AR Iron.

I was most impressed with my initial visit when the gentleman came to my house to give me a quote. He reviewed the area, spoke with me, and then spent 15 minutes outside fabricating a detailed quote of the job including a drawing of what the gate would look like. I felt no sales pressure. He left the quote with me to review with my spouse. The price was very good compared to other quotes I'd received so I called back within 30 minutes to place my order. I put 50% down upon ordering and paid the balance after the fence was installed. The actual installation took place a week later. There were two installers. The installation was rather noisy (drills and saws) but that was expected. The entire installation took about 2 hours. The fence looks exactly as described and functions quite well. I was told that it will not rust since it is powder coated.

Eric was very punctual and pleasant to deal with. They performed the install without us even knowing they had been here...stealthy!

They did a nice job and I was pleased with them.

Overall it went very well. The install crew was right on time and took about 3 hours to install if that. The only item that I was to happy about, which is minor, was the decorative iron work doesn't sit flush with the curve of the top. There are gaps ranging from 1/8" to 1/2". We have received nothing but compliments from neighbors and friends so we are very please with it.

The work was great, one gentleman used his cell phone a little too much, but they were honest professional and do great work, the boss is available at all times and I would use them again

Very quick turnaround. Ordered the door on a Monday and it was installed the following Monday. Not a huge selection of styles but adequate. Asked and received a 10% discount. Workmen were capable, curteous, and cleaned up thoroughly. Door color matched existing color perfectly. Left a can of touch-up paint with homeowner. Very satisfactory experience.
