Had this pool company sell us and install a jet pack in the jacuzzi from Bull Frog. They jets not even after a year are not working correctly. Filed a warranty claim with the company and they told me I would have to contact Bull Frog myself. The amount of $$$$$ spent I should not have to contact the maker. They need to resolve the issue themselves. Filed a second warranty for this and have had NO RESPONSE from anyone at the company.
