I feel they ripped me off. The install was less than I wanted. They were rude and threatening at the office. The install wasn't up to code. I told them that I was going to get a lawyer and they came back and put the water heater up to code. They had me sign a piece of paper basically saying I wouldn't sue them.
Description of Work: Installed my water heater.

I placed my call. A time frame was given. The serviceman arrived in that time frame. He was professional and answered my questions. This part was worth an A grade. The part with which I was not happy had to do with the invoice. I did not know that there would be no breakdown of items. ie water heater, labor, parts. Maybe a breakdown isn't important to some, but it is important to me. So with regards to telling others, I could suggest them based on quality of work, but I would have to inform them the invoice would not be itemized.
Description of Work: My 20+ year old gas water heater finally needed to be replaced. This was done as well as bringing the installation up to code.I

Everything has been good since they were here. I called and they came right out to do the work and they did it right then; it was pretty easy. The price was great.
Description of Work: My garage door and garage door opener weren’t installed quite right so Anytime Garage Doors came in to fix everything up and replace the damaged parts.

I had called around to get a good price for a new opener with belt drive and the lowest I found was $310. However, Anytime had advised that they would beat any competitive price by $15. When I called them back, they confirmed the other price and then gave me the offered price of $295, including labor and taxes. The time scheduled was 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Andy arrived about 10:20 and was completed about 11:35. I felt he was very professional and did a good job. He picked up after the job and took the trash away. On the negative, he forgot to put a bulb in the opener light. I did that when I was programming the openers(on our cars)for the new opener.
Description of Work: Andy, the installer, did a good job installing a belt-drive garage door opener to replace a screw drive that was very noisy.
