Description of Work: Heating element on our gas dryer went out & they were able to service us the next morning. Told to expect someone between 8-10 & arrived at 8:30. Checked the dryer & replaced unit promptly & quickly which was greatly appreciated!

Description of Work: They did nothing.Told me what was wrong with ice maker. Said they would order parts but could only fix part of problem due to the fact that they didnt work on my brand of refrigerator.Company said they would order parts & let me know when they were in. Waited 2 weeks. Sent emails called & left messages. No response from them. No refund.

Description of Work: Washer bearing and seal repair. Quoted over phone at 450$. I asked how much bearings were and he said 100. That puts labor at 350. Plus he said I have to bring was to his shop.

+ -1 moreThe guy was there within 2 hours, saw what was wrong and fixed it within 20 minutes, maybe less. Everything in the freezer was thawed some food was spoiled. It may not be fair to give a lower rating for price. The man knew what he was doing, and you pay for that. Maybe Kitchenaid should get that score instead.

+ -1 moreMike our repairman checked several things before he discovered that the motherboard that controls all the cooling functions was not working. It was already late friday afternoon, he decided to quickly drive over to the supply store to get the part. They did not have one in stock but they were able to get one overnight. Mike told me he would be back in the morning after he got the part. The part came in as promised and Mike replaced it saturday morning. He told us exactly what to expect and how long it might take for the refrigerator to start cooling again. Because the cooling vent to the refrigerator was frozen solid it would most likely take overnight. Mike did promise that he would come back sunday morning if it wasn't working. The refrigerator was working fine sunday morning, a big relief.
Description of Work: Our Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer was not working. The freezer part was okay but the refrigerator area was not keeping the proper temperature.

+ -1 moreI did not use them. When I spoke with them on the phone they told me it would be $75 for them to come out and look at it. I wanted to see if the refrigerator was worth repairing or if I should get rid of it. When I spoke with them on the phone they were good and I had no problems.

I'm very happy with how quickly he came out to the house and did the work. [ He even came out on a Sunday!] I will use this company again!

He was early, by the way. Loved it. Told me what time he would be back on Sunday with the parts, and again, come Sunday morning-early. Made the repairs and I was back in service.
