+ -1 moreThey did a great job of cleaning the windows and screens. I called and moved the day I originally scheduled because there was rain the forecast and they were very pleasant about and gave me a new date. However, in spite of no rain in the forecast, a small 2 minute rain shower came through a couple of hours after the job was completed. The next day they called to see if I was pleased with the job. When I told them I got hit with rain, they said they would come back and retouch them. And they did!!!

+ -1 moreThis is the third or fourth time I have used them. They clean inside and outside (including the screens) about once a year, and just the outside every six months. They do a fantastic job. The windows are shining. There is no mess and they wear paper shoe covers inside the house. They email me when it is time to clean them again. They were on time. Will certainly continue to use All Washed Up.

Description of Work: We had some tall glass on the lower level of our house cleaned as well as the outside of the downstairs windows. Bruce is friendly and professional. I appreciate that we were contacted by both email and phone to confirm the appointment and a follow up email when the job was complete.
