It was okay. The guy was polite and nice. He spent time looking at the problem. The problem was not fixed, though. I wasn't disappointed with their professionalism. It's just that after I paid him to do other work, the problem still remained a few months after. My unit wasn't cooling properly. I wasn't getting cold air in all the rooms. So they told me that they were going to put some new Freon and do a cleaning and check it out and that should solve my problem. After we did that, it didn't solve my problem. It was still having the issue with the cooling. I subsequently sold the place without having fixed it. There were additional charges. I think he charged me for Freon and some other services for cleaning. If a friend or a family member was considering using them and if they had no one else to call, I would tell them that these guys were on time and polite.

The guy from All Temp arrived on time for the appointment and immediately started naming off things that could be wrong without ever even examining the system. He also had a rather pricey list for repair costs. We called in another contractor to take a look and he quickly saw it was just a couple of ducts that needed to be replaced, at a reasonable cost. I would not trust the word of the people from All Temp.

Ricard was on time. Explained why I had the registers with filters, my main reason for having them was the smell of must and mold odor coming into the house with the air conditioner coming on. He removed one filter, one. Took one screw off the outside cover to the coil, pulled back the corner and used a flash light to inspect.If he could see all that needed to be seen such as the pan and drain with a peek, he is truly an amazing repair man. Said he removed freon, maybe he did, maybe he didn't. Suggested I get air fresheners to put inside unit to cover the smell. Took his time, very slow and wanted to talk his time way. Did not check the duct work under house,where the problem was found. $195.00 rip off, would never ever hire ''All Temp'' under that name or all the others they use. Beware of other names they fall under. A lot of money for nothing.

The worker was on time, clean, polite, didn't mind my watching him, and taught me about the motor and showed me the parts he was checking and explained why. Was tidy and helpful while checking the indoor air filter. Gave recommendation about watching for wobble in the motor/fan next year. No pressure to buy. No phony problems found.

I have used the service people from All Temp Air Conditioning & Heating for about twenty years and they come every six months to service our system. In the fall, they were here to clean and test the system to make sure everything was running properly for the winter. I had the air conditioner replaced a few years ago by All Temp and they are very good at letting us know in advance if an existing part may need to be replaced in the near future. They are great to keep things running as long as necessary if we have to financially preparing for a repair. The company is professional, thorough and provides excellent customer service at a reasonable price.
