+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and quickly gained access to the tank. Tom gave advice on what trees in the front yard could cause trouble in the future. The inspection of the tank occurred with constant updates to us on what he was doing and the results of his inspection. They were done in less than three hours and the entire team(some of them part time labor) worked efficiently and effectivley.

Description of Work: We had recently bought our house and could not locate the septic tank with the map. We called several septic tank companiies but Tom was the most informative. We scheduled an appt. Tom called the day before to confirm. He arrived right on time, It took him quite awhile to locate the tank as it wasn't where the map said. He is so professional and honest and explained everything. We will gladly refer him to all of our friends and neighbors and we will definitely only use Tom from now on Thank You Sammie
