+ 0 moreI took it in on 7/2/12 to be repaired. I was told they would call me when it was done. 7 days later, I called them. The person on the phone said it had been repaired the previous week. They never phoned. I went to pick it up. The socket had been changed, but the harp was still bent. The man who assisted me, told me I could bend that back myself. $72.97 and I have to bend it back! They could have put in a new harp and socket for what they charged. I agreed to the price, because I like the lamp. The price was too hight for approximately 10-15 minutes worth of work that was incomplete.
Description of Work: My floor lamp fell over. It no longer worked and the harp was bent.
