Description of Work: Superman John; Mobile home master handyman.

Description of Work: John is very proficient in all areas, I called him one afternoon, and he came over the next morning with the parts in hand. He replaced the p-traps on 2 bathroom sinks, and also caulked a tub. He worked fast and efficiently. His price was reasonable, and I will call him again. He also has a license to work on Mobile Homes.

Description of Work: One of the first things I did after buying the mobile home was to trash the old waterheater. Then the search began. I know how good a tankless waterheater is. One of the problems is that the tankless requires a trained installer. The other problem is that with a mobile home you have to use a licenced plumber to install the hot water heater in a manufactured home. OOPS. . I asked the Gas man when he came by to update the meter, check out the hoses if he knew anyone who installed the tankless. That is when he told me how dangerous they were, exploding, burning down structures and that they would and should never catch on....I wondered if Europe and the east coast knew about this. .So went my search, no trained people could be had in my search, so I bowed down to popular believe that the only hot water heater I could get was a tanked one and not only that but one with the words Mobile Home painted onit for an additional 200 bucks. .John was with me on the entire search thing, he didn't know of a trained and licenced installer either, but he was impressed with the tankless option. I am hoping by the time I need to replace this one either he will be trained or will know of others that are.

Description of Work: Work was to install ceiling fans, in areas where there were no ceiling electrical boxes. I needed a total of 4 put up. I also refused to use the "average lets put up a sling chain and pretend you cannot see the electrical wire running through it" and oh yes have to make sure it has a wall outlet there where the chain/cord ends up. NO Thanks. So he suggested the use of a wire cover which allows you to put up a base, the wire runs along it and there is a cover, there were a couple available, the best was a metal track with elbows and right and left corner turns. He also offered to go completely to an electrical box or end in a plug which could be then plugged into the outlet. I chose the plug since it gave me an additional option to turn off simply by unplugging it.

Description of Work: He fixed some leakage on the pipes.

Description of Work: I used Action Homework to renovate a 1983 mobile home and install my range hood. He repaired all the vents in my roof.

Description of Work: I used John Sbarcea for plumbing and handymen services. I last used his services in January to repair my toilet. I had a plumbing problem in my toilet that my husband could not do, but he usually can fix everything. This one he could not and so I called John. I’ve had other problems that I’ve called him for.
