Overall great experience. Spoke with owner Aric while browsing materials at Lumber Liquidators. Helpful then and gave us a rough estimate of install based on our info. Was originally planning on doing the work ourselves, but decided to go with A & J after seeing positive reviews. I bought materials. Aric arrived on time, took out previous flooring, removed baseboards, laid underlayment, cut and installed vinyl planking, cut and installed baseboards and caulked and spackled nail holes in baseboards. Cleaned up work area and even removed debris. Using my calculations, I bought 4 boxes of planking (small job). Aric's design only used 3 boxes, so I get to return one unopened box for a refund. Very personable, quick work, professional results for a reasonable price. Could I have done it myself? Sure. But for the money, it was worth every penny to do it so quickly and end up with a professional product. I had this done in our home, but indicated service providers place....no need to put my home address out there without need.

The job was completed on schedule for the price quoted. The crew was polite and very professional I have recommended them to friends and they have all been very satisfied. I have not purchased my product through them - but they have referred me to places to purchase product at a reasonable price. I work in the Facilities management business and am very carefull to use licensed, insured contractors and they provided copies of all this with their proposal. In my job I bid and oversee various trades in the construction industry and know what to look for. I think this makes me a wiser, probably more critical consumer.
