I had spent 13 hours with Cox, Brother, and Microsoft before Chris arrived to fix my Microsoft connection to my printer. It took Chris around fifteen (15) minutes to fix the issue. HE IS AN ANGEL. I'M VERY THANKFUL TO HAVE FOUND TEN-STAR COMPUTERS AS I'LL USE THEM FOR ALL MY COMPUTER ISSUES GOING FORWARD.

even though he had a very busy day and said heâ d get to me sometime on that day, he kept his promise, even though it meant he was working overtime in past five great job from Chris

My sound on my Dell computer went out... I submitted a request for service and Chris called me right away! He was able to come quickly and very polite!! He fixed my sound and cleaned up my computer too! I will not use anyone else. If you are looking for home service, call Chris!

Arrived as scheduled. Explained using graphs and info on phone major issues. Returned and re-established tower. Also brought new mouse as requested. Went over several prior issues, set up apts. one issue, when scheduling via phone, and his initial visit I mentioned I want help in reducing my 90,000 emails. That was one issue not taken care,asked about it he said not to worry. Showed me how to delete one page at a time. Iâ m an old fart and thought he was going to do it. Besides that, extremely satisfied, Bill came to over $300.
