Great experience and highly recommended. I called to have someone check my hot water heater which stopped working and they sent out KJ the same day. He was polite and courteous and took the time to assess and explain the situation. Ultimately we had to replace our gas hot water heater and KJ was fantastic. He was through, patient and neat. We greatly appreciate his top notch service and already booked him to return later in the month to fix another plumbing issue. The ladies answering the phones were also very helpful and pleasant. Also - KJ was very appreciative of our membership in Angie's list and mentioned how important Angie's list is to him and the company. That was a nice touch. Thanks KJ! We think you are the best!

I called and left messages with several companies (including ACC) the night before when I discovered the leaky water heater. This morning, I tried again and ACC answered the call. They quoted me a time frame between 11-1pm and arrived just before 11. Jose got right to work and had the job done in 45 minutes. Courteous, friendly, and professional. I will use ACC again for any plumbing needs.

Because of the reviews on Angie's List, I contacted A Campagna. I specified in my communication that it was not an emergency, so I could be flexible in scheduling. Even though there were two emergencies ahead of me, KJ was respectful of my schedule calling me several times to let me know when he thought he would be able to attend to my request. Once here, KJ explained how the problems occurred and what he would do to rectify them. He took the time to identify the numerous shutoff valves so I could control a possible leak in the future. His work was efficient and extremely neat. There is no doubt I would recommend KJ to anyone reading this review. Will I consult him in the future? Absolutely.

On his way in my home, KJ removed his shoes. I knew right then things were going to go well. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had the parts I needed on his truck (even though the parts I needed were not really routine anymore). He fixed a few other leaks I had and was nice enough to explain things to me as he worked. He cleaned up everything as he went. I could not have been happier. I thought the price was more than reasonable.

Service tech showed up at promised time and worked on the unit including a different issue. It didn't take more than a hour and problems solved. Will use again!

The gas water heater was an Angie's Deal, and was a good deal. The water heater was smaller in size than the previous one (not gallons, but overall size), so he had to do some work to make things fit well. Therefore, it took longer than I expected, but I really didn't know if it was a long time or not. I suspect it wasn't, and it works beautifully, so it only took as long as it needed to, I guess. I now have much more hot water than I used to, so it is working wonderfully. I also had a faucet installed in the kitchen. Job well done, and it works perfectly. I'd recommend these people to anyone who needs a plumber!

Their plumber, K.J., took time from his busy day to swing by my house and fix a significant water leak under the sidewalk. This was after I had called their company that same morning, to my relief. He did some improvised welding under less-than-ideal, knuckle-busting conditions with very little room to maneuver.....all this coupled with a great attitude. Some workers don't feel comfortable with the homeowner standing over them but K.J. was very good at communicating and explaining the technicalities of his work. He's really an asset to his company, prices were very fair, and the business owner should feel fortunate to have such a skilled employee. They're my go-to plumbers from now on.

On Tuesday 7/30/15 our garbage disposal gave up the ghost and started leaking from the bottom which typically means broken seals and an imminent replacement job. Searched Angies List and A Campagna Company had a deal to install a new 1/3 HP garbage disposal including the unit and labor. I immediately purchased the deal. The next morning I emailed the company when I woke up to ask about scheduling. To my delight, they responded almost immediately and said they could be out within the hour. Talk about service! KJ called me and said he would be on his way. He was done within 15-20 minutes and as an added bonus, gave us an upgrade to a 1/2 HP unit. He made sure my wife (who was home) was satisfied before he left, and he called me to let me know the job was finished. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and prompt service. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great experience.

KJ found the leak from my water softner and I ordered the part since they did not carry parts for water softners. No problem. kJ was ver professional and helpful.. Once the part was received I call KJ an arranged for him to come back and make the repairs. He was was able to make the repairs promptly and cleaned up after his work. I would use them again.

Installer was very professional. and prompt, as I was desperate for fast service because I was expecting company. He came really fast. did a great job and I would definitely call them again and refer to friends.

My hot water heater sprung a leak and I was able to get a replacement installed almost immediately. The plumber assigned to the job (Jose) was very professional and I couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided. I really appreciated the phone call I received 30 minutes prior to his arrival. When he came into my home, he was very courteous and quickly began working to replace my hot water heater. Because my home is older, he had to bring the plumbing up to code and explained everything to me prior to performing the work. He not only worked quickly, he did a great job removing the old parts and cleaning up after the job. I feel confident recommending this company on Angie's List. I would definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

After getting couple of estimates. I decided to use them because they look and sound more like a real plumber. He was rally professional and hi call 20 minutes prior to arrival. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

They searched and found the leaking pipe in the front yard. It was the main line feeding the house. My water bill was running 4 times the normal monthly cost. They isolated the line and checked the water meter for movement. Then they determined where the leak was, dug up the leaking pipe and replaced it. The men were very friendly and professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. I would definitely use them and again and highly recommend their service!

I have been having a problem finding a good plumber. One of my friends recommended using Angie's List . After looking through the list of plumbing companies, I decide to give them a try. I called them and found out that they offer free estimates. I scheduled an appointment for the same day and was given a two hour window. The technician called 20 minutes before arriving. He was very professional, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. I would highly recommend A Campagna for all your plumbing needs.
