Went well, office staff was knowledgable and set appointment that fit my schudle. Jose the tech was on time and knew what he was doing. He was friendy and cleaned up after himself. Thought they were propberly a little more expensed than others, but worth the extra because of their customer service and getting to the jobs right away.

Jose was professional and had great communication amongst some difficulty in scheduling. Will definitely use this company again should issues arise.

Jose was awesome and came out to inspect with short notice. He said he would be back in the morning to repair it. Since it was a holiday weekend and we were leaving on vaction we needed to get it fixed asap so as not to inconvenience the tenant. We weren't able to use them this time around but would for sure use them next time. He gave us a good quote and didn't even charge us for the call out.

I called A Campagna on Friday 8/2616 after finding water seepage in my front yard. Jose showed up within an hour to check and recommend repairs. He scheduled A crew to work Saturday and Sunday to find the leak and replace the line if necessary. The crew was on time, very professional, reasonable priced and cleaned up after the work was completed. I will definitely use this company again and recommend too others.

When my water heater exploded on a Saturday afternoon, I called A Campagna Company and could not believe how kind and professional they were. Gen, the receptionist, was extremely professional and had someone at my house within minutes! Gino, showed up and was very quick to identify the problem and resolve it for me. About 3 more people showed up a few minutes later just to help me clean up the mess! (And it was a real mess) I was so blown away by their kindness and professionalism I thought there had to be a catch. I was wrong. They replaced my water heater for a very good price which included all the parts and labor. I will never use any other plumbing company again! Thank you so much A Campagna Company, I don't know what I would have done without you guys! I'm truly grateful!

They did a great job! The job was complete, their staff was professional, respectful and honest. They did all they said they were going to do. If you're looking for great work and honest Plumbers, my wife and I highly recommend them.

They came out the next day to check out the situation and see what was needed. We made an appointment for him to return the next day and he promptly did. He installed the bidet and it has been working wonderfully ever since. I was impressed that he brought a metal valve to replace the plastic one that was sent with the bidet. I'm sure it is more secure now. He also replaced a mechanism in my other low flow toilet which had begun to stick causing the toilet to run and waste water. I was totally pleased with their service and the quality of their work.

Jose, inspected the entire homes plumbing and gave suggestions to keep everything running effectively. He was also able to answer some questions about future projects that I may want to do and I feel confident that I could use him in the future. He was also conscious of working clean and minimizing any mess and he had a good attitude in wanting to provide his expertise.

My experience with A Campagna Company LLC was awesome from start to finish. I first called to make a service appointment on Tuesday, I spoke with Jenn who was very helpful, personable, and answered all my questions. I was told I would receive a courtesy call before the service rep arrived on Thursday, sure enough, at 745am, I received a phone call for my 8-10a service appointment. Jose arrived promptly at 8am, assessed the kitchen, looked at the new sink and faucet and gave me a quote which I thought was very fair. We agreed to proceed and he got to work ASAP. By 945am my new sink and faucet were ready to go. I am thrilled with my new sink and faucet but even more thrilled that I found a company that I would use again and would, without a doubt, highly recommend. Keep up the good work! :)

The service rep was Jose, and he came with another man. I couldn't have asked for better service. I am a new client of theirs, and I'm so very satisfied with them. They didn't give me any trouble and they didn't dirty anything up. I was very pleased with them, and surprised. They also gave me a 10% discount.

Quite well. They checked first to see if my leaking water heater was still under warranty. Thankfully, it was. From there, they arrived the next morning to switch out the old unit and bring in the new water heater. I got a similar Bradford White 50 gallon unit, but only had to pay for installation/labor and a new six-year warranty on the new unit.

Received call prior to appointment time telling me that he would be arriving within the time frame given 10-12pm. But, that he was calling me to tell me that it would be closer to 12 noon as he was running a little late. Got here within the time period agreed. Got to work right away. Very pleasant and professional. Would hire them again for any other plumbing work required.

I came home from work to find water coming from my garage due to a leaking water heater. Since it was after 5 pm I was concerned that I would not find anyone that could fix the water heater tonight. After looking at other reviews on Angieslist I called Jose at A Campagna Company. He was very professional over the phone. He asked me some questions about the water heater and gave me the price for replacement and told me he could be at the house in 1 hour. Jose arrived with another plumber within an hour and replaced the water heater, ball valve, flex hoses, and also installed a water pan. The install job was very clean and professional. Both gentleman were friendly and the job was complete in about an hour. Jose explained to me how to set the water heater and told me to call if I had any problems. What started out to be a nightmare, was quickly resolved by A Campagna Company. I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing issues in the future.

Jose' arrived exactly at the promised timed. The job was performed quickly, efficiently, and perfectly. I had arranged for an upgraded toilet and was given options from a small upgrade and beyond and was not given just the most expensive. The cost below reflects my upgrades not the original price of the deal which was $190.00. I could not be happier and would highly recommend this company.

The service technician was not only prompt, but called before he came and asked if he could come a little early. He was efficient, friendly, and explained everything. He also cleared out a couple of bathroom drains and tightened a loose faucet. Awesome service. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

KJ was an expert! Both faucets had been in place for too long and had a lot of rust making removal difficult. He handled the challenge no problem.

Jose was kind enough to give me a reasonable credit for draining and removing the old unit prior to his arrival. He had the new unit completely installed in 75 minutes. Very thorough and professional. Would use again and will recommend to friends..

I am selling my house and the buyers requested a few plumbing items be repaired. I first called another company and was given an outrageously high estimate over the phone. I then called ACC and their estimate was less than a third of what the other company quoted. Although he had a full schedule, KJ managed to fit me in the next day. He was professional and honest. He also put in a couple light bulbs for me as I couldn't reach the light fixture and didn't have a ladder. The cost turned out to be much less than the phone quote. I was very pleased and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.
