I was very pleased with Mr. Gallegos's professionalism. I called to inquire about an estimate and he returned my call within 24 hours arranging to come by. He gave me the estimate at the appointed time explaining things to me and answering my questions. He told me he would call me as soon as he had an opening available to do the work. Within a short period he called back. We had discussed the possibility of him doing one tree at a time so that I could pay more easily since he didn't currently accept credit card payments. However, he had checked into taking credit cards using an app on a phone to enable people to pay easier and followed through with that enabling a choice in payment mode for me. He did all the work in one day, cleaning up and hauling away as discussed. He left everything neat as a pin. He was polite and on time throughout. I would hire him again, and in fact, plan to do so to have my neighbors trees trimmed that are hanging over my fence.
