Description of Work: He was very responsive which was nice since I didn't get returned calls from other companies. I needed a new roof put on a portion of a detached work shop. The area needing repair was 312 sq. Feet and he came back to me with a bid of 17,000-21,000 which is WAY over priced. I am having it done by another licensed roofer for 1,200. I would make sure to get other bids if thinking of using this guy. Always get a few bids!

Description of Work: Replaced roof and replaced skylights with new, energy efficient ones. Everything proceeded on schedule, with the exception of the skylight installation being delayed a few days due to the skylights being out of stock (not the contractor's fault). So far, we are very satisfied with the work that was done.

 + -1 moreThe original installation by Tom was excellent, good price, on time and an good job overall, i originally gave him an A. But unfortunately follow up on a warranty item has been non existent. The snow brakes on my metal roof that were originally installed all fell off the first winter allowing snow to crash down on the lower level. I have tried for two years to get him out to look at and resolve the problem with no luck.

Description of Work: We needed minor repairs on a very steep roof. Tom showed up when scheduled for the estimate, had a written bid the next day and was competitive. The work was completed as agreed, on time, by a small crew. They cleaned up everything and I received an invoice by fax the next day.
