The fan I initially bought from Dan at ThermalFX.com started to make some noise after a few weeks. I contacted him and he gave me a few suggestions. It still kept making noises after attempting to follow Dan's suggestions. I called Dan again, this time he offered to replace it for free. . He sent the part overnight. My laptop is running like new again I totally trust Dan and would not go anywhere else to purchase parts. He seems like a man of integrity. He doesn't just take your money and run. He sticks by his company's product and service.
Description of Work: I bought a laptop fan from ThermalFX.com. Dan Buchanan was very helpful and knowledgeable about answering all of my concerns and questions. His prices are very competitive and his customer service is unsurpassed.
