+ -1 moreIt is NOT WORTH IT for me or anyone to use a company that is INCONVENIENT and UNPROFESSIONAL when there are many other companies out there that do this kind of work. This is exactly what Angie's List is for and so I got right online and rescheduled my appointment but this time with a DIFFERENT company. As I look back at the negative reviews Screenmobile received most as for the same scenario I described of no-shows for appointments and unprofessionalism. I should have read these reviews before I scheduled and have learned my lesson for the next time.
Description of Work: Made an appointment a week in advance for Screenmobile to come repair screened in doors on my gazebo. Have previously used this company for this same repair, was informed cost was raised significantly. Day of appointment the service man arrived 35 minutes early for our scheduled time and I was not yet at home. When I called him back 5 minutes later he was rude and said I would need to reschedule to another day even though he was driving just a few minutes away. I called company manager to complain that they did not meet their scheduled appointment time and was told the serviceman would return but after waiting for him to return received a second call after scheduled appointment time from serviceman that he would not be coming at all today and told me to reschedule.

+ 0 moreThey installed a cat proof screen. My cats like to hang off of the screens and it repairs itself when they do. I don't remember the exact cost.
Description of Work: They installed a new screen and frame in my sliding door. They also installed a screen in my kitchen window over the sink where my cats like to climb.
