Always ask questions. The first quote for a thermostat replacement was high as they quoted me for a digital model, but did not offer an option. I asked for the basic non-digital model and it was $50 less. Good thing I know a little about replacing thermostats.

Had a blockage of the main drain in the residence. Made my call to see if this is something the company could handle. Within an hour as told, the technician (Daryl) arrived. He evaluated the problem and spent a good amount of time working several areas to see if he could unclog the problem. After several hours of continues attempts, the clog was dislodged. Without any question, I would contact them and specifically request Daryl...Great service, reasonable and accomodating.
