Description of Work: We had a issue with our Shower faucet(s) leaking, and the job was more than I had tools/ know how to repair. Joe came the very next morning, and repaired things BETTER than new. He is prompt, efficient, honest and trustworthy, always. Been using him for any and all major plumbing issues, at two households, for over 8 years now.

Description of Work: My kitchen sink would not drain and so we figured there must be a clog in the pipe. We had tried to run a snake in it to free the clog but it did not work. So we called out the plumber Joe Prinz and he came out that afternoon to take a look. We have had Joe come out before and he was very nice and professional. However the last two times he came out I was surprised at how expensive the simple work that he did was. (He replaced some hose spigots, changed out a shower drain, and capped off a gas valve under the house and charged us over $600.00. He was at our house for less than 2 hours). This time I called him back because I have six children whom we homeschool and I was not wanting to have a stranger (sometimes plumbers can be creepy) in the house. Anyway Joe found that our 30-year-old Kitchen pipes were badly clogged and he told me that I needed to have the pipe which was 2 inch PVC replaced. After 90 minutes of work he charged me $350 for labor and materials which he did not Itemize in the bill. I have a hard time believing that PVC pipe is expensive at all since you can buy a cheap at Home Depot. Since he was only there for 90 minutes I'm assuming he charges over $150/hr. I think that is outrageous and since he did not itemize the bill I think he was just trying to make a little extra money pay for his two kids who are in college. I will not have him back again because he is too expensive and it seems like his transparency in his charges was lacking though he did a good job.

Description of Work: Install a valve and cap at the natural gas meter. Install piping and connections on Tri-fuel generator, for natural gas usage.

Description of Work: Joe replaced 4 toilets and put in a new water heater

Description of Work: Replaced the fittings and all the piping for the hot water tank with quality piping and valves. Verified that the washing machine discharge was working properly. Determined that the old water stain in the crawl space was not a problem and its source was the water softener system.

Description of Work: He has worked on our sinks, hot tubes, outdoor plumbing for our out door kitchen.

Description of Work: Ran a Sprinkler main line to the side of my house with a backwash valve and exterior hose bib. Installed a Expansion tank to water heater.
