We had leaks in the main water line to the house. Rick and his crew responded immediately and dug a 140 foot trench to the house, replaced the water line and made other modifications so we have water for the yard. He gave us an estimate for time and materials instead of fixed price and stayed within the estimate. I highly recommend Rick and his crew.

Our manufactured home water heater presented a challenge but Rick's crew, headed by Charlie rose to the occasion and gave us exactly the result we were hoping for. Plan on using them again in the future. This company has a great team.

Rick of North West Plumbing was called for a possible hot water tank replacement. Prior to Rickâ s arrival I discovered that the water tank was ok, just needed a supply line replacement. Rick did not have one with him. He had a semi emergency that needed taken care of first and promised to return for the repair in a few hours. A few hours later Rick returned and replaced the supply in a few minutes. No more leaks . Rick was a pleasure to work with, positive and pleasant attitude.Would definitely hire again.
