We made our offer and Christiane handled it beautifully even getting an appraisal to counter the mortgage holder's appraisal. She worked well with us and the previous owner through all the ins and outs and strings of a short sale.
Description of Work: Christiane was extremely helpful in purchasing our new home. She specializes in short sales and her expertise was excellent in getting us into our new home at an excellent price.
