Because I am on the 16th floor of a condo they could not do the work. I've tried twice to get them to contact you and they have refused. How do I get my money back? A May 21st transaction with Paypal sent the $179 to you

To whom it may concern, I am canceling the Angie's list air duct cleaning service for $179. I originally scheduled the service for Friday between 12 and 2 PM. No one showed up. I called to ask what happened. I was told the service needed to be rescheduled. I rearranged my entire Sunday so that I could be home to let the service people in. They again did not show up on time. They wanted to push my appointment back two hours and do the service during Sunday dinner between 5 PM and 7 PM. That is not acceptable to me. So I canceled the service and them requesting a refund.

The experience using Angie's List Great Deal, was a failure because the company that was promoted never contacted me. So no service was ever provided.

It went well. They were on time, and I have no complaints.

They didn't show up, even though we waited at home for them. We tried to reschedule but we were unable to do so. We had to have the work done by someone else.

We scheduled the duct cleaning right before our hardwood floors are professionally sanded and refinished, so that duct dust doesn't accidentally mar the freshly oiled wood. Provider was punctual, friendly, fast and professional. He explained what he was doing each step in the process, and suggested things I can do to keep the ducts cleaner in future. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We are very happy we hired Great Basin Indoor Air quality. They did an amazing job cleaning the air ducts around the house. The professional who came to perform the service was very knowledgeable and he explained to us what he was doing as he was cleaning. He also provided recommendations on how to keep things clean. We couldn't believe the kind of dirt that we were breathing and in all very happy with the service and the price we received through Angie's list.

They did a great job. They were very courteous and showed up on time. They explained the services very thoroughly and did not pressure the sell. They were very informative and they explained to me about things that I hadn't thought about.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided.

The tech arrived on time, and told me the job would take a couple of hours. I had never had the air ducts cleaned before, so did not know what to expect. We have a two-story home, so I assumed this would take some time. After cleaning the downstairs vents, he told me that the only way to clean the upstairs vents was to punch a hole in the forced air unit, and turn on the whole-house fan, forcing the air downstairs to be cleaned by the large vacuum hose now attached to the forced air unit. Like I said, we'd never had this done, so we don't know if this is right or wrong. After about 3 hours he finished, and asked if I'd like to add a dryer vent cleaning for $50.00 which I'd never had done either. I agreed, and he cleaned out the vent from the outside which was quite dirty.. After he left, I noticed that there was quite a bit of debris around vents he had cleaned inside the house, not to mention the dust on the patio outside from the dryer vent cleaning. Two days later, I noticed that there was just as much dust in our upstairs bathtub as before the cleaning. I called and left a message with the owner, and in all fairness to him, he did offer to send the tech out again. I have had very bad luck in the past with re-do's, so I declined, and told him I would have it done again in the future. I will never know if what the tech did was right or wrong. He said he would repair the hole in the forced air unit, and he did with duct tape. Again, I don't know if this is right or wrong. .

Serviceman was prompt, thorough, courteous, meticulous, and professional. He knows his business and explained everything he did and why. I will utilize this company in the future for all my air conditioning and heating systems services.

Work performed was good, but they showed up on the wrong date the first time. They were late the second time and I missed them. I rescheduled and when they called to confirm, it was for a different date that I had scheduled.

I was very pleased and would recommend them to others.
