Clean Air Systems

Description of Work: Cleaned and sanitized 9 heating/AC vents; cleaned furnace and replaced filters; cleaned return air vent; cleared and cleaned dryer vent. Work was completed in less than 3 hours; no debris or dirt left behind. Excellent work.

Description of Work: Inspected but cleaning not recommended at this time Tommy Nadon of Clean Air Systems inspected all my heat registers and fresh air return (with filter), then removed some debris by hand and told me that they looked mostly clear at this time and gave me the option to perform a duct cleaning now or wait until spring to see if there was any more build up that required a thorough cleaning. He also inspected the heater and ducting in and around the heater. My only complaint is that Tommy was scheduled to come in on Monday at 11 a.m. and did not call me until almost 4 p.m. on Monday to tell me he was stuck on another job. However, he did reschedule for the next day (Tuesday) at 11 a.m. He called at 10-ish on Tuesday to say he would be about 30 minutes late and he arrived at about 11:25 a.m. Considering the large rural area that he must cover, I was not overly disturbed by his lack of timeliness. I work at home, though, so my time was not a concern. Other customers may have an issue with tardiness, so I suggest potential customers confirm dates and times, plus require a call within a specified amount of time to cancel or reschedule.
