Description of Work: I've gone to this store three times in the last few years thinking it was an off day for the person behind the counter. The last two times it's been the same woman who has been indifferent, abrupt and condescending to my question. I don't know if she is the owner. On this last visit I went to ship a package using their UPS service and to shop for unique light bulbs for a new lamp. The store's front door is very close to the front desk and you can see the person attending the shop through the large cut-out in the wall. This last visit went like this: I walk in the door and hear the chime indicating someone came in the shop. I saw her at the computer through the window. She wasn't on the phone so I stood at the counter... nothing...she didn't turn around to greet or acknowledge me. I waited because I knew there was another person who just walked in a little bit after me. She turned and greeted the man and asked if she could help him. I said that I had a package to ship and all she said to me was "around the corner." I walked to the area she pointed out and saw a lot of boxes everywhere. There were boxes stacked on both sides of the hall and I wasn't sure if I should put my shipment in one stack or another and said so. She said to put my box anywhere and that they were all "going out" but it was the way she said it. No explanation, just rude. She didn't ask if she could help me. I can't articulate this person's tone here but we all know when you experience horrible customer service. I know she knew the man who came in after me by the way she greeted him. I will never shop here EVER. I make it my practice to shop locally to stimulate our local economy but I will drive 20 miles to find what I need because of the lack of customer appreciation at this business. There is a reason I haven't shopped here and this is it. I have tried three times before and each time I have had an unpleasant experience. I'm done.

Description of Work: I had an air conditioning problem and discovered the wiring to the AC unit was not up to code. The work was scheduled and done on time. There was extra work involved because of the location of the junction box in the crawl space and Tom went over and above to provide quality workmanship.
