A.J.'s Stoves

We purchased a Blaze King Princess Ultra. They originally said in an email that it would take about a week to get the stove in. Unfortunately the manufacture was a little slow. The stove took a little over 2 weeks to come in at no fault of AJ Stoves. But now that it is installed, it was so worth the wait! :) The only negative comment I have to say about this company (which isn't even that bad) is that they don't really schedule an arrival time frame on the pre-install and install date, and they were not very good at calling before showing up at both the pre-install and the actual install. A call to let me know that they are going to be on my door step in a few minutes would have been nice. Otherwise they were very professional and friendly. They came and got to work right away. The total removal and install took about 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to show me a couple of things that needed to be tended to on the roof around the chimney and also to teach me how to use my new stove. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use them in the future for all of our wood stove and chimney needs.
