I got a referral from a friend saying they were new in town, but very good. I called and they were at my house within about 20 minutes. They were very courteous as well as professional. They said they are currently giving veterans and senior citizens a 10 % discount. They gave me a 10 % discount, thanked me for my business and said if I had any further problems to let them know and they would return. No problems thus far. They also checked the bathroom over and said they didn't guess they'd made any messes to clean up. I had to laugh because no workers or contractors have ever done that before. The mess is usually mine to clean up afterwards. It was a pleasant overall experience and I will definitely call them as well as tell people about them.
Description of Work: My toilet was plugged and wouldn't plunge clean. They tried to plunge it clear first and then brought in what they referred to an auger. They got the plug free and made sure the other toilet in the house was flushing properly as well.
