Royal Floors

Everything was simple and easy. I chose the flooring I wanted, got an appointment for measurement, and received the quote that afternoon. I wasn't in a hurry so the installation didn't happen for a week. I am very happy with both of my bathrooms. I will definitely be a returning customer when I'm ready to have the rest of my home done.

Tony and his team at Royal Floors always provide professional services. I have done a lot of business with Royal Floors over the last two years. They are always timely, provide quality work, have competitive prices, and they stand by their work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good company to do business with.

The owners employee showed up on time. The owner was supposed to work also but left most of the work to his employee as he was in and out all day long. Which made it very difficult for the employee as we have a very heavy frig that needed to be moved. What should have taken 3 to 4 hours took 7 plus hours. In the process of moving stuff around they managed to gouge a chip out of my wood kitchen table and scratch my new 2,500 dollar frig. When I pointed this out to the owner he just looked at me and said I'm not sure we did that. I said well it wasn't like that when you got here. Again he said well I'm not sure we did that. He tried to buff the scratch out even after I told him that wouldn't work. The frig is a shinny black and you can't buff that kind of a scratch out. He said well how are we going to fix this. I said I don't know but I do know you guys did it and it has to be fixed. I called a repair man and was told the door will have to be replaced. The cost to replace the door and have it installed will be just under 500 dollars. Royal Floors took 200 hundred off my bill so I guess that leaves me with the balance of 300 hundred. The owner of Royal Floors more or less implied that I needed to prove they scratched the frig. They also broke the knob that turns off the water under the sink, and didn't turn the gass back on to the stove when they left. Which he did send someone to turn that back on.
