I contacted Rick Renteria, Owner of Pacific Roofing in Fernley in order to bid on installing an energy efficient "Cool Roof." Rick provided a bid for material and labor in about a week. I asked for an upgrade in one of the materials and confirmed that he would use specific construction techniques. Rick was happy to answer all of my questions and there were many. Unfortunately, rain was predicted when the job was scheduled to begin. Rick rescheduled the job so that it could begin in optimum conditions. The crew returned when the weather cleared. They worked from early morning to sunset in order to complete the work in a timely manner. Their work ethic and concern for quality was obvious during the course of the job. Rick told me he does one job at a time and participates in construction himself. This is efficient, cost effective and allows for excellent quality control. I'm very pleased with the result and will call Pacific Roofing directly for any further work of the sort i may need in the future.
