+ 0 moreFrom the time we contacted Charles The Handyman, he performed all construction and managerial tasks required of him in a proficient and timely manner surpassing my expectations for a quick resolution of the problems I faced with the property in Nevada. The job will be ongoing. Charles will be receiving a percentage of rent for managing said property.
Description of Work: Charles The Handyman has received $750 for hauling off of some trash from our property in Yerington, NV and for finding a construction company willing to haul off the remainder of items on the property that could not be hauled away in a pick up truck. Charles Head contacted Atkinson Construction to haul off several large trailors that someone had pulled onto our property illegally and stripped. Please understand that I, the owner of the property, live in Texas. Charles The Handyman has acted as my representative to see that all trash and objects are removed from the five acres at 24 Falcon Lane, Yerington, NV. He has sent us pictures and the job has been done to our satisfaction. Atkinson Construction received $4,500 total for hauling away a large mobile home and several other trailers of which only one belonged on that property, not to mention an unbelievable amount of trash! Charles Head (Charles The Handyman) will continue to work in the capacity of property manager and will receive a percentage of said rent once the property is rented. He is also in charge of fencing in the 5 acres of property. I am very pleased with the performance of Charles The Handyman and would highly recommend him to anyone needing this sort of work performed.
