Ausano Plumbing

Description of Work: Several problems with this plumber. Last time I checked on the Nevada Contractor's Board website his license was canceled. I did not find out that many of the things he had supposedly replaced or fixed at my home were done incorrectly until they failed many months later. I have had to spend hundreds of dollars to correct the R/O faucet he installed as well as the kitchen faucet he installed without plumber's putty so it rusted to the sink. The new plumber had to take a blow torch to the malfunctioning faucet Mr. Ausano installed to get it off to install a new faucet. My mother also used him for some very expensive work that totaled thousands. He never showed up but sent his helper who we thought was installing faucets, a propane water heater and other items correctly. Many expensive corrections had to be made to all of the work that was done. The last contact I had was a late notice placed on my door advising me 10 months after his helper installed a new water heater at my house that I did not pay him. I had paid the helper with a check the same day of the installation which was cashed at my bank within a day. Unfortunately, Mr. Ausano decided to attend the Burning Man Festival instead of doing the installation himself and his helper was supposedly taking the money for himself. Not the customer's fault. I had nothing but nightmares in dealing with this plumbing company.
