But the technician performed a test and diagnosed what was wrong with the tank. He fixed our problem for $135.00. Honest, dependable, and fast...they will be our go to plumbers from now on. Excellent job and customer service.

+ -1 morePat is unusually reliable and will give you your options if there are any. He shows up when he's scheduled to, does his thing, (with my dog Snoop snoopervising; he's really good with our dogs), and does what he can to save us a buck. At no time have I ever had a gripe with him - how often can you say that?
Description of Work: Installed new kitchen faucet, bathroom vanity faucet, bath faucet in our rental unit. We had purchased the new sinks etc, and the faucets, but forgot the drain, so he had to supply those. He also saved us charges by using an existing part in the bath, which is almost a trademark for Pat; he will save you money if he can do it and still provide dependable service. We've also had him work on the well, guest bath, and kitchen sink on our own house, sometimes (usually) an urgent situation like "the sink is clogged." I tell him the problem / task and he tells me the how long, why, how, and so on. He's a pro I count on, it's that simple.
