Manha Landsc ape Design took some rough ideas we had for our empty back yard and created a beautiful space out of them. His per square foot prices are reasonable, but his ability to take our ideas and translate them is what really set him apart. We knew we wanted an oblong grass area surrounded by a large planter area filled with DG and river rock. Our yard was flat but still needed to be leveled somewhat, and we also wanted some change in elevation to add some interest. We also wanted a rough road carved along the border of our yard covered with road base. In addition our one gate access to the back yard was too narrow and we wanted one created on the other side. We also had plans for a future pond and wanted conduit put in place for power and a source of water installed in this area. Oh, and we also wanted an additional spicked installed in the rear of the yard. Manha took care of all of this. As side note, the company that delivered the road base backed over a frost free hydrant we already had installed in the back. By the time I returned home that evening Manha had already replaced the hydrant with a new one and returned everything to normal. Matt is responsive to any concerns we had and made any minute changes we wanted in a timely manner. He is knowlegable and has years of experience. His work comes with a one year warranty.
