+ -1 moreThis was a large refurbish job of existing lawn. Dave quoted the job and there were no surprises. The crew, Chris and Jeremy were punctual and focused. They worked tirelessly removing old lawn, digging trenches, raising sprinkler heads and replacing leaky valves all around the property. Then, they put the new sod in and our home really looks grand! All this in was completed very quickly! We were able to discuss problems they found along way and they were able to solve them all!
Description of Work: Rebuild and raise 3 separate sprinkler systems on existing landscape. Replaced 6 sprinkler valves, water supply valve. Replaced freezeless water spigot. Sod or seed in weak areas of lawn.

+ -1 moreResponsive to request for quote, more reasonable price than others in the area, punctual and efficient, but shabbily executed. End result disappointing after only one season. While indicating and quot;yesand quot; to would we use them again, it is largely due to price; there are not a lot of choices in this area, and at least one of them is far too expensive. Recommend carefull discussion of desired results, options, carefull review of proposal, discussion of proposal with local nurserys, and precise contract. I believe they can do the work, but - at least back then - should have been more closely monitored.
Description of Work: Date & price guesstimated as it was several years ago. Task was: Rip & replace landscaping in the backyard after new patio slab poured. Xerescape installation, minor drip irrigation to trees, otherwise two-tone rock & some boulders.

+ -1 moreI watched the whole yard as it was removed and was able to give my input as every step took place. We made some changes along the way and there were no monitary surprises as we went forward with the project.
Description of Work: I needed a yard torn out and reshaped. I presented ideas on what I wanted for my front yard and left the design up to them after showing some photos of what I liked. I was able to oversee the whole project and in a week it was done. Better than I expected and the price was what I thought to be very reasonable. The owner was easy to talk to and very easy to work with... Very professional and likable
