Great. Only once did we have to get them back and that was when a leak occurred under bathroom sink not connected to work that had just been completed. Came back within hours. We just shut off water under sink and waited a bit. Can't give a date as to last service but it was about Sept. or Oct of 2020. However, heat pump installed about 10 years ago or more. Would have to dig in files to determine exact dates.
Description of Work: Repaired various water leaks over 30 years. Installed heat pump. Has installed 2 water tanks over 30 years.

Very dissatisfied, although the water heater does work.
Description of Work: Don't expect professionalism, they treat you as if they are doing you a favor.Don't expect different options, you get what they have.Don't expect customer service, they are even rude on the phone when you have a dispute. Do expect to spend a lot of money for little service. Will never use them again!
