Mike Enright is not only a thorough professional, but his personable manner is so easy to deal with. Mike was very patient with us, as we went through the pre-foreclosure process, and then short sale process. He found a qualified buyer for us, went above and beyond with handling their side of the transaction as well, worked tirelessly to get the paperwork done properly, and worked well with the title officer and others in the transactions. Quite frankly, if we had to work with the other broker, the deal would not have gotten done. So we send kudos to Mike. This is our third real estate transaction with Mike over the past eight years, and we would not hesitate to use him again and again, as well as highly recommend him to anyone needing an experienced Realtor in our metro area.

Different managers are assigned to each complex and at practically each encounter with them I walk away frustrated and angry. It's probably a training issue, but these people act like we as owners are supposed to kowtow to their whims and schedules. I have been present at board meetings where the managers/ facilitators are actually advocating positions and courses of action. A facilitator is forbidden to take positions and is only supposed to facilitate the meetings, but they have no qualms about getting involved in the discussions if their interests are involved. For example. I introduced a motion to look at hiring another management company when Valley's contract comes to an end next year. Well the manager all of a sudden jumped into the discussion even after repeated admonitions from me that she was forbidden from doing that. Another typical example of Valley's unprofessional management style just occurred. I had a roof leak which caused ceiling damage inside my unit. I contacted my assigned manager and she had a handyman come by to repair the ceiling and repaint. Well the job was done in an amateurish manner and the color match was terrible. On top of that he charged Valley (and therefore the HOA) for almost 5 days of work. I don't understand why they didn't hire a professional drywall repairman who could have had the job done in a professional manner in a fifth of the time it took the handyman. Another issue for me is that during any sale of a unit Valley gets $500.00. Buying or selling Valley get's $500 from each end. That;s $1000 from each sale. RIDICULOUS! For what....... I would steer away from this terrible company and will continue to get my various HOA's to switch management companys.
Description of Work: They manage several complexes where I own units and manage the HOA's. That includes day to day issues as well as facilitating board meetings.

They never fixed anything noted on the move-in inspection. Emails and phone calls were ignored. Terrible communication. We paid rent through the 15th of the month, at the last minute they told us the new tennant was moving in on the 12th. At the move-out inspection the noted every little thing, including many of which were noted as issues when we moved in. We spent an entire day cleaning every item on the list. They still charged us for Ceaning and Touch up Painting and screen repairs. After several letters and letting them know that I would take them to court over this, they did refund the $400 touch up painting charge. Warning to perspective and current tennants. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING WITH PICTURES. BELIEVE NOTHING THEY TELL YOU ABOUT WHAT THEY WILL DO, THEY WILL DENY EVER SAYING IT UNLESS YOU HAVE WRITTEN PROOF.
