Went great. Great job. Reasonably priced, professional work.
Description of Work: The Carson City Home Depot installed a new garage door. They did a very professional job. The door works great and I have absolutely no complaints. Relatively inexpensive, timely and well done. I would use them again.

Their customer service is not real good and it depends on when I go in. I think they have cut their staff way back because of the way the job situation is. When I go in, it's kind of hard to find anybody to ask a question. Other than that, it's good and close to me. My overall experience with them is good. I think their prices are competitive with the other stores. Their quality is good. Their responsiveness is excellent. I haven't ordered anything from them for a long time. I just go in and pick up what I want. They are professional if you can get a hold of them.
Description of Work: I go to Home Depot every other week and I go a lot during the summer time for their nursery items like plants and stuff.

The contractor did a fine job and I want to hire him for another project. The contractor went the extra mile and delivered the door for me at no charge, saving me a $75 delivery fee. I thought that was pretty decent of him. I will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Home Depot to put on a new back door at my house. They sent a private contractor to do this work.

They inspected the roof and gave me an estimate. I had received another estimate that was lower, and Home Depot lowered their price by $1000 to meet the estimate. They also offered no payments for 1 year. They did the reroof all in one day with about 5 or 6 workers. They did a good job and the roof is fine so far!
Description of Work: They completely reroofed my three-story home.
