+ -1 moreDon't know as Travis never showed up or even called today.
Description of Work: On Nov. 28 I contacted Travis while he was on the road at about 4:30 PM. He said that he was headed back to the office and would get back to me in about an hour. Approximatly 24 hours later he finally did call me and we made an appointment for today Dec. 1 in the afternoon. He never showed up and never called either. It is about 6:30 PM now and if he ever calls I will not use Sharpline. If this unresponsivness is any indication of their professionalism, expertise or quality of work, I just don't need them.

+ -1 moreI was refereed to this company by my friends who own a bar. They said these guys were really good. I called them, they came out and we just talked about what I wanted. I had them design me a really easy home theater system. My old system had so many remotes. We met and I told them everything that I was looking for. They put together my system on paper and gave me the quote for work. I purchased everything through this company and had them set it up. Overall a great experience. I purchased a 50 inch Samsung, a Dennon reciever, Blue Ray player and Directv. I had them set up all the boxes in a media cabinet, so that I could hide it all. I had the tv hung on the wall, they put speakers in the walls, and they custom programmed a really cool lcd remote for me. Love it and couldn't be happier. Great to work with!!
Description of Work: bought 50 inch tv, Denon a/v receiver, blu ray player,media rack, universal custom remote,and in wall speakers. They hung the tv on wall, hid all the wiring, set up the rack and put the components in the media cabinet, and programmed the lcd remote to do all of my stuff. I also ordered Directv directly from them.
