Rooster Fence

Rooster was fast with quote and scheduling. Very easy to work with and fence completed on time:).

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are pleasant when they come out, but once they have your money - they're done! They used a much cheaper wood than what they said in the estimate. There were nails protruding and there were open spaces between the slates. When we called to tell them, the owner came to the house with two of his workers to translate for him. He said this was the way they installed fences so be it. My husband told the translator "if you are not going to repair the fence, then leave". I received a call the next day from the receptionist. She said that since my husband told the manager to "get off my property" (something was lost in the translation) that they will never be returning to repair the fence. This was 4 months ago. Now our dog has knocked down one of the slats, being able to get out of our backyard. I am not one to write a critical review, but I would look elsewhere before hiring Rooster Fence.

Did what I asked in the time they said great job

The Company owner worked right along with his guy's and were all so happy go lucky and did a great job and didn't skip a beat , they got'r done quick with quality. This Company didn't over charge like so many do, Very impressive. You get great work at a good price, Thanks Rooster Fence.

Rooster Fence is an extraordinary company. They went above and beyond all of my expectations: the work was exactly what they estimated, they were on time, the work men were very pleasant and very professional, and my project looks incredible. We hired Rooster Fence to replace our entire wood fence around our property. It was a big project. They were very responsive and followed up regularly with us. Their customer service was one of the reasons we selected them. They started and ended as promised. All in all, we would hire them again.

They came out to look at the project and said they would send an estimate. A week or so later, I had not gotten an estimate, so I called and left a voicemail requesting it. I did not get the estimate or a call back. Another week or so later I called again, spoke with someone who said she would find the estimate, send it to me, and give me a call back. I still have not received the estimate or the call back.

Rooster Fence, of Carson City, also services the Reno area. They are locally owned - very experienced - skillful - and very efficient. I'd call on them anytime.

Efficient and did the job on a timely manner. The bill was also adjusted from a five post replacement to three post adjustment as that is all the fence required which made it affordable and shared the bill with my neighbor Thank you Maria and Rooster Fence Team

We had chain link and vinyl fences installed by Rooster Fence. The quality of workmanship was top notch. They arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. The crew boss speaks mostly Spanish but one of his workers translated and we had no problems. We would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
