Robert's Handyman Svc

He came to fix m furnace and told me he needed to order a part. He turned the furnace on by hand until it came. He never came back even though I called him several times. Finally at the end of winter I did get him to come shut the furnace off, he did charge me $65 to do this 20 second job. I called him recently so I could at least get the part I needed and he told me he would call back the following week. He never called. I called him two more times and left messages and he never returned my calls. As, a single woman it was nice to have a handyman I could count on now I don't have that. I defiantly would not recommend him to anyone!

He was recommended to me by our painter so I thought I would give him s try. He missed the first estimate appointment but showed for the second. He put me on his list for this simple job and said he would be back ASAP. After two weeks, I called him only to find he did not remember me or the job until I ran through his whole time here and who recommended him. He then set a date for install of my plug. A week after install date, he was still a no show. After the second time we arranged a date and he was a no show again, I have decided to go with another business.

Nothing. I wanted him to do some tile work in a bathroom floor. Said he would get back to me .... never did.

Robert replaced the circuit breaker and then found that there is also another problem. He is testing the part and going to return to finish the repair. He is very honest and effecient.

'd definately use him againRobert and his coworker did everything I asked them and did the work as though it was their own yard. What better compliment or job can you ask of anyone! The attention to detail was great and they were careful and considerate of plants, etc even sorted my wood pile saving wood my husband might want. A bit pricey for yard work but done so well it was way worth it and I know he is qualified in many more and varied areas of expertise.. I know I'll use him again

it went awesome. they were riight on time got staarted right away and made decisions quickly. So efficient, respectful and done in an hour!

He apparently forgot that he was supposed to be at my house on a certain date and time. When it got well pass that time, I called him and he said he'd be here in about an hour as he was on another job. Following his arrival, it became obvious the two pocket doors could not be repaired, so he went and bought 2 more and installed them the next day. He also repainted the door jamb. Upon departure he left some tools, so we notified him and he came back a couple of weeks later to retrieve them. When he told my husband the cost, my husband paid him by check and requested an invoice. That invoice finally arrived August 19, 2014.

Have used Robert in the past, this time we just needed the swamp cooler uncovered and ready for summer. He is reliable, honest, and affordable. Will be contacting him tomorrow for the next job. It's not worth doing it yourself when you can call Robert.

I called Robert on Sunday, 6/8/14, at 5:30pm--expecting to leave a voicemail message, but he answered the phone. It explained that I needed help with changing the pads, as well as checking the pump. He was at a birthday party and said he would call me back later that evening---and he did. We set up an appointment for Tuesday,6/10/14 at 8:00am. He arrived at 8:00am with his helper Victor. Both were courteous and very productive. They went to work right away on changing out the old pads for the new ones, fixed my water problem and stayed until the pump was primed and the unit was functioning properly. They cleaned up and you would never know that they were there. I was so impressed, that I asked about 3 other projects I would like done in the near future (deck staining, door weather strip replacement and fixing or replacing a solar powered motion detector light). He said that he can do those. As a single woman homeowner, I have used several handymen, hoping to find one that I can build a work relationship with and really have not found one. Until now. I would highly recommend Robert and Victor to anyone needing handyman services.

He responded very quickly. They were prompt and professional. I would recommend their service to others.

Please refer to the original review I did shortly after he did the work. Why do you keep asking me for a review when I wrote one for him previously.

After his inspection and adjusting of the doors. Found a difference in the warmth of the areas of the doors.

The visit and repairs went very well and Robert was here only about 1 1/2 hours
