+ 1 moreI remodeled my house extensively - nothing structural - but new floors, appliances, carpet, wood floor and paint throughout the interior and exterior, including the staining of the deck. I also had the stairway banister/wood restained to match the new hardwood floor. It took awhile to coordinate everyone and everything, but I could always depend on Wayne and Evan for doing a beautiful and professional job. They are organized, tidy, and efficient. And they are just wonderful people to work with. Their work fits best in your personal home where most people want it as perfect as possible. Their prices may not be the cheapest when you are thinking of rentals, or something small/quick. But for clearly professional work, they are superb.
Description of Work: Wayne painted both the interior and exterior (stucco) of my house. He also repaired drywall, and even painted several shutters to reuse in a couple of bedrooms.
