We needed numerous updates and repairs, including replacement of carpeted floors with luxury vinyl, all interior rooms painted, replacement of bathroom vanities and a shower stall, fence replacement, plumbing repairs, replacement of sliding door and more, completed on a rental house. Our search for a contractor started with the floor replacement. We were lucky to find Pinuelas Construction through Angi's list. Ricky Pinuelas contacted us right away to provide an estimate. When verifying his business license, I noticed it included general contractor. We then had him complete all of the repairs needed on the house, not just the floor. This saved us so much time being able to work with one company. We continued to add items as we moved forward and Ricky was always able to accommodate our needs. He and his crew are all professional and great to work with. The fees were fair, work quality was excellent and always responsive. We highly recommend Pinuelas Construction.

Highly recommend. We got water damage in our kitchen and Ricky helped us fix it. He was very responsive and helpful with any information we need. His crew were respectful and reliable. With only 2 people working, they were able to fix the water leak and finish our kitchen and bathroom remodel in less than 2 weeks. I am so thankful with Ricky and will be reaching out to them for any house improvement we have.

I had half of my home painted, it took 7 days. Poor communication, constant delays. The crew missed a lot of spots and got paint overspray on a lot of my furniture and carpet. The price was high for the project $4,000. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in hiring for home maintenance. HomeAdvisor shows these folks as Angies List certified. When I dug deeper to do this review, now *Unlicensed: shows up in their description. Note that all other reviews are for cleaning jobs not painting.

one person quit, couldn't come and rescheduled. sent one person to do a 2300 SQ FT house, took my personal cleaners (which I had to ask for back), and took two days to do my parents house 1500 SQ FT, and items came up missing as well. Was told that I was getting a deep clean from top to bottom on both houses and one bathroom was not even touched, stove not touched and no ceiling fans even dusted. Worst cleaning I have ever seen. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Fast efficient reasonable Ricky knows business

I have used housekeepers for years and the Doing It Right Carpet Cleaning crew is hands down the best. They did an outstanding job, especially vacuuming my carpeting. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Although late arriving, I was called so I knew. All jobs, house cleaning, carpet stretching and carpet cleaning were GREAT! The teams were professional and friendly. I highly recommend these services and this company.

Three hard working and amazing women deep cleaned my house. I did not realize just how much I needed them. Everything sparkles. They even pulled out the stove and refrigerator and cleaned behind them (something I had never done). Would recommend this company highly.

Ricky is straight forward and honest. He did everything necessary to finish the job including the shopping for replacement fixtures in the undermount sink replacement.

After they left I had to go and buy a spot remover and try to remove all the spots by myself....it came out better then the pro's...and it only cost $6.00
