I was contacted within a minute of my placing my request for help online. They were out within a couple of days, a little bit early and very friendly, thorough and professional! I think the job was more than he thought (he gave me a price over the phone) and yet he stuck to his price at the end. The only negative was that we needed to move some furniture after he did one side of a room and that was forgotten. My son said it was a shame to put the furniture back since the carpet looked so good! I'll definitely be calling on Doing It Right Cleaning again because they sure did!!!

When your teenager asks if you hired a new cleaner because the house looks better than usual after a cleaning, you know you've taken a step in the right direction. Just make sure you communicate your expectations clearly, not only with the owner but with the actual crew. I will use them for regular every other week cleanings.

Prompt, Friendly and thourgh

I had an odd assortment of junk I needed removed from an area where I had started gathering yard debris (branches and clippings), and ending up adding to it. I had an old fire pit and frame, old bed frames, a king sized mattress and box spring, various boxes, and so on. The guys showed up on time, and were very professional and thorough. They even swept up the area after they were finished, and swept the area around their truck where they were loading the trash to. I was surprised a "carpet place" did this kind of work, and am extremely satisfied with the results. Thank you!

Fantastic! Very thorough, reasonable, and customer oriented

We are very happy with the care given our home. We had an infestation of mice in the basement and didn't know what to do. They cleaned our food storage area and put the food back on the shelves, cleaned the floors and carpets and then cleaned all the carpets in our home. It is such a relief having a clean home. Great cleaning crew and Ricky did a great job for us. We will use their service again.

Ricky was lightning fast at replying to my request and getting quote. He is friendly and trustworthy. He helped me with cleaning my house I was moving from and I will use him again for the carpets at my new house and the cleaning services as well.

I believe that this was a little on the expensive side ($180) especially as there were things left undone and the cleaners broke my kitchen trash can. However, the overall job was well done and I would like to have them back.
