The ladies did a great job. I will hire them again for sure. The owner came out right away to give me a bid so I didn't have to wait along time for the service. They were very late for the appointment. Being it was my first time using them I would have liked them to be more prompt as I had an appt. I needed to be at and had scheduled the time for them to get here so I could go over everything with them then leave. They were hung up at the previous customers home doing extra things that day which I understand. Personally if I knew they had to be at another customers house and I wanted extra things done I would have schedules that work for another time.

Excellent service! One set of shutters to be cleaned were missed and Ricky sent more ladies out to clean them. They spent hours at my home and were so nice and hardworking. Our shutters didn't look this good when we moved in. Amazingly good quality of work. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

He was nice and on time. Being on time means a lot to me.

I contacted Doing it Right not expecting that I would get an appointment to meet with him on the same day. I did and his workers are great. Rick has great customer service skills and he knows what he is doing.

Our lady quit on us leaving a three week dirty house (three cats and a dog). After contacting HomeAdvisor, Rick of Doing it Right Carpet Cleaning called during that same day and made an appointment to meet with us. After discussing what we needed and cost, he arranged for a couple ladies to be at our home within the week. So far (one cleaning) we are happy. Love a clean house!

First time using a maid service for house cleaning. The team did a really good job, arriving on time and getting right to work. My wife and I were impressed with them and will continue with them in the future.

They are clearly better than prior service. I would like to continue with them

I wish I could give more than five stars. Maybe even 25. I know it must seem as though I'm exaggerating. However! I think you can learn more about a company if there was a small problem at the beginning. As there was with me. Not with the work that was done. The two ladies that came to our home worked tirelessly, thoroughly and constantly. They did a superb job. So the small problem was not with them. It was because it was a small mixup in the billing. The original estimate was based on one set of information and the billing on something else. This caused me some consternation because there are so many rackets around and I wanted to be careful. But when I got together with Ricky he corrected all things, in such a way that I feel I got a better deal than was originally quoted. I don't know how to recommend him more highly or the ladies themselves who did the work. This is a wonderful company please hire them.

dealing with the language barrier of the workers was very difficult. the "boss" refused to help me with references prior to job. there was no written estimate before. there was no receit after. i never got a business card. the workers didn't even know their boss' name when i asked then to whom to make the check out to. i have never conducted business this way. the two ladies came with supplies to do general housecleaning. they didn't know that it was to be only ceiling cleaning. no one seemed to have a clue. seems poor communication was a problem all around. on the better side. i would consider using this two ladies again for general house cleaning. they were very enthusiatic in wanting to do it.

The girls did a great job cleaning we are having them come back every 2 weeks and Ricky is coming to clean and seal the grout in our tile floors . Ricky is very professional and got us on the schedule so we could have a clean house for the holidays big thank you to the cleaning team

The carpets were a bit wetter then I'm use to, other then that he did a great job!!

Overall great work. I had to give 3.5 stars because the stain in front of my couch did not come out as he said it would. I also forgot to open a bedroom door and as a result he did not clean it. It would have been nice for him to ask me if I wanted it cleaned or not because the door was closed.
