Montse and her team (four in all) spent six hours and transformed my house into something a person can live in. They did all of his within 48 hours or so of providing me with their estimate. Their work was fantastic, I'm ecstatic, and I look forward to retaining Montse's services on a biweekly basis. This needed to be done and I'm so happy it was done my Montse!

Montse brought in a team of four (4) women who were all prompt and worked very hard all day. The house is approximately 5000 square feet, had been sitting empty for a few months after the previous owners moved out. I just needed everything (all closets, cabinets etc.) wiped out and decks, floors and carpets cleaned/vacuumed. They were very thorough in their cleaning, even opened up lighting fixtures to clean inside them, etc. (I did not have them do window cleaning as I hired professional window cleaners to come), but they cleaned out the bottom inside of all the window sills. Overall, I was very pleased with their service. The one thing I advised Montse: 1) She is charging too much even for the deep cleaning. I don't pay these prices even in Beverly Hills. She charged $100/hr (so $25/hr per person) and she wanted cash only. After she got there, she agreed to accept half by check. I don't think too many people will be willing to pay $100/hr (although she provided the cleaning supplies and I had her use some I had as well). She should not charge more than $75/hour max even with 4 people working. I can get cleaners for $100 - $125 for the day in Beverly Hills , so for 4 people it would be half the price - $500.00 max. I was willing to pay the price because I was in a time crunch. I will definitely use her again if we can negotiate a more reasonable price.

Montse's Cleaning Services are really good, they are honest, they don't over charge. They call you before coming and they are willing to be flexible with your schedule.

I liked everything about them. They were on time, thorough, reasonable, friendly, and receptive to anything I needed them to do. I absolutely will use them again.
