They never showed up to give me an estimate. I drove 30 minutes to meet with “Jay”. I waited an hour. No phone call. No Text. What a waste of time. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend

The crew was punctual and they kept me in the loop at all times. Very professional and the finished project looks absolutely amazing!

The painters were very professional, courteous and helpful. After the painting was completed the did an exceptional job of cleaning up. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Rich showed up and gave me a good estimate and then showed up as soon as he had a time slot. He did an excellent job. The texture and skip trowel finish on the ceiling was far beyond my expectation. Very satisfied with this transaction.

Rich came in and retextured walls and fixed crack in ceiling. He did a phenomenal job. Kevin and Mike then did all the painting. Another great job. Would definitely use them again.

It went excellent. They were professional, polite and hard working. I would use them again.

My garage floor was cleaned and then seal with a dual cure high performance Polyaspartic Coating with the Copper Mountain chips. It turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier with it. The 3 gentlemen who came to work on it were very friendly and well-mannered and professional. They cleaned up the area nicely and were done in a day and a half.

They did an awesome job. The two guys that were here were very professional. They kept everything neat and clean. They came when they said they were coming. They finished when they said they would finish. Everything went perfectly. The quality was excellent.

I called and left a message on April 25, 2014 to get an estimate for painting the exterior of my house. Lisa (I don't remember her name exactly) returned my call on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at dinner time (inappropriate time). She kept asking numerous questions and I ended the call because I was eating dinner. She called me back the next day and continued asking questions. She asked me how many estimates I was going to get and what was going to be my determining factor as to what contractor I choose. I told her that the cost would probably be the most important. She replied in a very condescending tone that Mastercraft was the best company I would get to paint my house but they were the most expensive. She couldn't be bothered to come out and even give me an estimate. I cannot believe that in this economy that she would be so arrogant as to treat a prospective customer in this manner. Obviously I ended the conversation. I have already complained to numerous people about the rude phone call I received from Mastercraft. They don't deserve my business.

Did a great job. His crew was great and very professional. Had a bit of a rocky start with getting an estimate and a start date but everything turned out well.

They worked very well and they have reasonable prices. I liked that they insisted that I pay after the work was finished and I was satisfied.

The coating is industrial grade and looks great. The problem occurred when they removed the cabinets in the garage. They labeled them and the shelves but did not return them to the correct position. My real estate agent, acting on my behalf, worked with Jay at Mastercraft to get them to return the cabinets to their original location. Someone showed up, but simply placed the cabinets in the garage disregarding their original placement. Now I'm forced to relocate them and reanchor them myself. It's more than a one-person job and should have been included in the cost of the job and done correctly

called them to get estimate. came when promised, bid was thorough. very professional. the guys showed up on time, introduced themselves and started working. When we came home the first day, was very amazed they had power washed it all and CLEANED UP EVERY BIT (including the leaves on the back porch!) they were very thorough, taping and cleaning. Results look great.

The job was completed in the time we were quoted. The two painters were polite and friendly and knowledgeable about their work. They took the time to explain different things to us as they went along. We definitely will hire Mastercraft Painting in the future for any painting job we need to have done. We wanted to hire a company that was well-recommended, this one was, and we are pleased with them.

Mistakes that were made:1. When they didn't know exactly what to do, they guessed instead of trying to contact me. This happened repeatedly.2. They didn't take off baseboards or wallplates as requested (and paid for)3. They didn't tape or remove window coverings (spattered drapes and shades)4. They used the WRONG thickness drywall in the middle of a wall (so the lower half of the wall bulges out)5. They didn't put down floor coverings. Their dirty, wet shoes got our floors and carpets very dirty.6. They painted a ceiling in one room (a dark color) instead of leaving it white (all ceilings in the house were white)7. Their texture jobs required rework twice because they couldn't match or didn't cover the textured areas.8. Sometimes they used wall primer under the paint, sometimes they didn't - the difference was noticeable.9. They demolished more than they were supposed to - and I had to pay for the extra work.10. After making all of these mistakes, they tried to bill me for an additional gallon of paint at $85.11. Their final invoice was a computer generated mess - impossible to decipher. Took their assistant several phone calls and faxes to explain the invoice reasonably accurately.12. After we parted ways, they *LOST MY HOUSE KEY* for two months and finally mailed it to me. I stopped them before the job was finished and hired another contractor to install the kitchen drywall and texture it. The replacement contractor was excellent quality and half the price. The guys that showed up to do the work were very nice, but they lacked both management and the ability to deliver quality work.

We had a start, a stop and a job start re-schedule due to weather and pine pollen drop. The owner was most patient and considerate with our scheduling problems. The office woman was kept in the loop and was able to provide information concerning all phases of the job. The crew was very professional, on time, and took the necessary precautions to avoid damages to the foundation plants. All debris was picked up and disposed of daily. And the area around the home was left in as good as condition as it was when they arrived. The job was completed in four days.

Mastercraft Painting -- what a professional company! We are 100% satisfied with the excellent quality of work. Kyle and Chris were not only the hardest workers we have seen, but were also courteous, on-time every day, and took pride in their workmanship. We would not hesitate to absolutely recommend this outstanding company for all your painting needs. It is just too bad they don't pave driveways, repair roofs, and do landscaping!

This company is very professional. Jay provided a detailed estimate along with information we ask all bidders. The crew, John and Mike, did an outstanding job attending to every detail. I did a fianl inspection of the prodject expecting to find a few little items. The job was perfect. I could find nothing to complain about. Jays bid was a little higher than the 3 other bids we received but he was the only one to provide us with details of what they would do, in writing.They came through on every detail. Mastercraft is my painting company from now on!

The service was excellent, from the initial quote to the date work was performed. Mastercraft personnel always showed up on the date and time promised. After the first clear coat was applied, the finish was "streaky". I expected a uniform look to the floor so I contacted Mastercraft to express my concerns. They came out a few days later and applied a second coat of clear - - no questions asked. Now the floor looks great! I have parked vehicles on the floor for over a month now, including the kickstand on my Harley. I have also dragged steel storage shelving across the floor. So far the epoxy finish is tough as nails. No scratches or gouges and spills are a breeze to clean up. The floor was a significant investment, but I wanted it done once and done right. Mastercraft delivered.

I was here when he came for an estimate on the exterior of our home. I have gotten a lot of estimates over the years, but he was really amazing, he gave us a pamphlet that gave us questions to ask, and what to look for no matter who we used. He gave us all this information on questions to ask painters. It was very helpful. He was prompt and very thorough, and explained in length what he wanted to do. I have never had anybody do that. I have always had people say and quot;here's your estimateand quot;, and that was it. He spent quite a bit of time just talking to me probably 30 minutes. He was really good. We are getting other estimates because we want to get our house painted in the Spring, but if it is up to me, I am going to go with this guy. He was very reasonable on the estimate also. The information he gave us told us to ask if the painter we choose is a bonded contractor, what kind of paint they were going to use, so I will feel much more comfortable when it comes to picking the painter. I had the house painted in May and we had to adjust the date due to weather. The team was on time and did the powerwash in a light rain. When they arrived I was not ready. I had totally forgot they were coming. I was in my pj's and had to still move a lot of things away from the house. NO PROBLEM! They helped me and never complained. They did a very good job. When the weather permitted they were back to paint. They sealed everything, sanded and worked at least a full day just prepping my house. The previous painters did a horrible job and it was in bad shape. Again they helped move somethings I couldn't move myself. They were here for almost 4 whole days and they were friendly, professional, courteous and even nice to my dogs that were sometimes in the way. THIS IS WHO YOU WANT TO PAINT YOUR HOUSE!!!

Jay's office worked hard to accomodate my schedule for the onsite survey and the survey was comprehensive and professional, covering the details of the labor and materials to be employed. Although it took several days longer than Jay commited to receive his quotation, the office responded again promptly when I gave a reminder call. So far, so good. The quotation I received was unclear in the scope of work covered but, more importantly, it was more than 60% higher than the next highest bidder (against the same scope of work specification). While I acknowledge the premium due a good reputation and history of quality performance, 60% in this case of a large job is a big difference. I would like to think that Mastercraft is fully booked and that under different circumstances it would quote a more competitive premium over the competition.

I called Mastercraft after reading the reviews here. It took them a week to get back to me after I left a message requesting a quote. The owner was going to come by, but since they were doing a job down the street he sent a painter over to get my information. The painter was very nice and professional, and told me his boss would email me or call me with a quote later in the day. It is now three weeks later, the job was finished by another company, and I still have not received a quote from Mastercraft or any type of contact. They told me at the time they were 2 months out on scheduling jobs. Since our job was small, I guess we must not have been worth it to them.

Went well. Owner came and did estimate. I felt there must have been a misunderstanding about the scope of the work because during the 2 days of work, it was apparent that the downstairs hadn't been included in the estimate and I thought that it had. So that caused a change order and addtional cost, but not exhorbitant, and I don't think more than it would have been initially. Love the result!

Interior was done well without mess on the tile or cabinets. Exterior was also done well. The exterior was especially difficult as part of the house had to be brushed only. I didn't want to have the solar panels with backspray on them. Jay did the estimate and was good at listening to my request to keep the solar panels clean. Jesse, the lead guy, that actually did the painting, was even better at listening to my requests. Jesse was professional and a very smooth talker. The only downside to their service was the price, but excellent work was worth it. I would recommend them without hesitation.
