The worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!! May 10, 2021 ( three months ago) I received a bid from Joe to paint the outside of my house. Eaves, pop outs, the garage doors, and the stone on the house.. They gave me a date a month away to do the house. Then when the date comes they changed it to another few weeks later. Then that date comes and they changed it again. Yesterday they were supposed to come out and power wash the house. The guy says he’ll be here at 9 o’clock am. I waited all day. Nobody showed up. Nobody called me. Now today Monday they were supposed to paint the house. Nobody shows up, now they say they have to re-estimate the job !! They now want more money to do the same job, that they had given me a written estimate three months ago! Bobby their secretary is the rudest, unprofessional person I have ever had contact with. Don’t ever use this company. They’re crooks.!!

Joe's painting met with us a few days after contacting them. They provided an estimate the same day that covered all the painting and prep work including pressure washing, scraping, sanding and minor repair of the stucco and trim. Their price was very competitive with other paint contractors we met with. They were able to schedule the work within a few weeks. They did the prep work and painted the house as scheduled. The crew members who came to the house were very professional and courteous. They did a great job!!! I highly recommend Joe's painting!!!

We hired Joe's Painting for a cabin remodel in Incline Village. Joe provided an affordable bide that was in range of our budget. Our cabin is only 1,300 SF, however, there is a lot of detail. The cabin is two story, open beams, open staircase, steel stairway and railings, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has natural wood ceilings that needed protection from overspray and paint marks. We used a three-color scheme to complete the painting (walls, beams, doors & trim). Joe sent Victor to complete all of the painting. Victor was very professional and efficient. He was all business, very polite, never complained and cleaned up afterwards. I will hire Joe's Painting to return to complete additional items to paint as we wind down our remodel and would fully recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The guy who came to do the estimate was somewhat abrupt, he took about 2 minutes to do the estimate. The price was the lowest I had found so I was a little nervous about the quality they would provide. I was very pleasantly surprised with the results, it came out beautiful! They did the whole house in one day, cleaned up at the end of the day, and it looked better than I ever imagined it would They were careful about removing fixtures and hardware, taping things off, it all looks very neat and professionally done. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a few painters come out and give us estimates before we went with Joe. Joe came out one day and pressure-washed the house for a couple of hours. The pressure washing knocked a bit of the stucco off part of the house, but he advised us not to worry and that he'd fix it. A couple of days after the pressure wash, he had his work crew come out. They prepped, painted, fixed that stucco part, and even painted a retaining wall that I brought up with them after the fact, all in one day. Joe was very nice, the crew was professional, and they finished with minimal disruption.

They came out and did the job the house in one full day. They were four guys. They did a great job. They were fast and efficient.

We did not hire this painter. There was some difficulty in communicating with him during the estimating process. We could not get a clear understanding of what work was included in the estimate. The written estimate did not include items that we felt were standard for this type of job. The price on the estimate was low but we had concerns over the scope of work.

It was a great price, they were pleasant to talk to, showed up when they said they would and it was done when I got home from work.

EXCELLENT CREW. CAREFUL, THOROUGH, THOUGHTFUL AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB. WOULD USE AND RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

They were prompt and on-time. Joe came back to correct a few issues. Ive used a lot of painters over the past 30 years and they have one of the best run operations. The foreman, Deke, managed his crews very well. Bobbi in the office was very good in regards to scheduling and answering any questions I had.

Excellent detailed work. I submitted a report a few months ago. Was that not acceptable?

Fast, prompt and cheap. I use them on my rental properties. They are perfect for that kind of work.

They did an outstanding job. They were the low bidders among the several contractors we solicited bids from, but nonetheless completed the work quickly and very much to our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again if we have future painting needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for quality interior painting at a competitive price.

They did a wonderful job. They had the low bid. We had bids up to $3,000 for the same job. We would absolutely use them again.
