Poor quality of work , service and communication warranty is worthless and I have to take Ramon to court to get back the money I spent on another contractor to fix my 2 gates his workers installed incorrectly .

Yeah Ramon is in a hurry to come out give you a bid he not shy asking for your money but he is shy on answering the phone doing his work in a timely matter started a project a year ago and it is still not done very poor business sense once he has his money he does not call you or respond to you always tells you there is a warranty that is under warranty but warranty is only good as the person is giving it to you Heard more stories about why and why not he can show up.

They switched sides for the fence repairs. And, then they had to do more work, to fix this. They never finished the job, completely, and Ramon would not return my call after 4 calls, to finish one side of a wall, . So I am having to have another worker finish the job. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!!

Ramon is not a good communicator. We discussed our project in person, multiple times. He either does not understand or does not have the knowledge or does not communicate to his workers. He was never on the job. Job took much longer than he anticipated. Some of the work was great, but some was very substandard. He never finished the job, and stopped answering phone call and text messages. His guys did some of the work incorrectly. Caused damage to a gas line that we had to replace. Never installed a transformer for the outdoor lighting we paid for and installed, and did the electrical incorrectly. Ran a hose bib line in the opposite direction needed for correct drainage. When the guys left the job they took the 16' deck boards we had still on the property, cut them in pieces and threw them in their junk trailer. Deck rail is not done, and steps to be made out of extra material thrown away as well. We have hired a plumber to fix the gas line, had to change the hose bib water line. Still need to hire an electrician to finish the job. He does not have the knowledge or experience he says he is confident in.

Later found out that where he attached the gutters the fascia is ruined because he put too many screws in there basically to hide his poor work. I had another contractor come in to repair the work and this is when we discovered it. In this case, he ruined the gutters and ruined the fascia that they are attached to because due to number of screws in the fascia the fascia got saturated with water over the winter.

At first I was pleased because they came out right away and installed the gutters. But one week later it rained and there were multiple leaks. For three months I tried to get them to come back and fix the leaks, but they never did. I finally gave up and hired someone else to finish the job. I do NOT recommend Custom Innovation!
