Description of Work: They measured, obtained and installed a frameless shower door for our remodeled bathroom. They responded promptly to calls, showed up at the house as promised and delivered the finished product on time. Glitch occurred when product did not fit. This was apparently due to a manufacturing, not measuring, error. (we were told they outsource the manufacturing.) This resulted in an extra two week delay in getting our shower door installed. A couple of weeks later a small leak developed and it took three more weeks to get someone to recaulk it but this did not affect our using the shower. Receptionist apologized for delay stating original call to report problem had been lost. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and cost. We had received estimates for the same product at double the cost.

+ -1 moreMy experience overall went okay. The staff was great but we were not happy with the way the windows looked. We are not pleased with the outcome of the windows or the way they look. We were picturing something much different.

Description of Work: I called them for an estimate, they said they would get back to me . A week later no reply so I called them. They had someone come by the next day for an estimate. He looked at it, measured it and said he would get back to me. It was almost two weeks before I received an estimate in the mail. They wanted 1/2 down up front. I wasn't going to give them 1/2 down knowing their record of getting back to me. I did not use their services.

+ -1 moreThe only reason I gave them a B instead of A on punctuallity is because I wanted the glass put in before I moved out of the house and it did not happen. The punctuality is not a reflextion of them showing up late to an appointment. Based on my original dealing with capital and what the new tenant told me everything went well with them. Capital is much much better than J and L windows who replaced the wrong panes of glass and would not redo it. I would useCapital Glass again.
Description of Work: They replaced nine panes of glass for me in windows in which the seal had broken.

I called to get a quote on a few projects within my home, 1 piece of glass for my dining room table, 1 bathroom mirror, and 1 glass replacement for my kitchen window. Within just a day or two Capital Glass had me on the schedule, they came out and looked at everything, within a day I had a quote and everything was on order. A couple of days shortly after that they called to schedule delivery and install of everything. Not only was everyone quick to respond and friendly, I was able to get everything I needed for a fair price!!!
Description of Work: Capital Glass Inc, replaced the glass for my dining room table, the glass in my kitchen window and one of my bathroom mirrors that had broken.

+ -1 moreThe company came out and measured my window glass, then they ordered it. When they got it they gave me a call and found out what time worked best for me. The installer was clean cut, polite and finished the work in good time. He clean up his mess and left my house like it was when he came except the new glass in my window frames.
