+ -1 moreThey were very punctual but they sent a guy out that was very new and all this work that i needed done required someone that needed to go into the attic. They sent a big person and this guy went up in the attic to research the work and put cracks in my ceiling which i had just replaced. When I called the president, he tried to weasel out of it. When he realized i did have proof, he did at least pay for the damages but I had to fight for it, threatening to take him to small claims court. I had to tell him I had proof with the home warranty saying that it was on the report that he went to that side of the attic. The president made good but I had to fight for it. They gave an estimate not to me but to the warranty company that was so high that the warranty company called me and said they wanted to send another guy for a second opinion.
Description of Work: There was 2 ceiling fans that didn't work, there were 2 GFI safety plugs that didn't work, light switches that didn't work, there were junction boxes that were not to code that needed to be done among some other projects such as open splices in the attic. There were inoperable breakers that had to be replaced.
