The two young men were on time. I showed them carpets to be cleaned and also the chair. They worked quietly and finished in a timely manner.

Mr. Bruce's two sons arrived on time. They moved the furniture as needed, and put it back when finished. They were neat and professional.

When I called them they asked when it could be done and we worked out a good date. Bruce's two sons came and they had told me at about what time they would be here and they came at that time. They were really nice. I told them I just needed the traffic areas and the mess area cleaned. They helped me with the furniture and did a really great job. The estimate of what Bruce had given me over the phone, it came out right on the button, except for adding the carpet finish which they asked me first if I needed and I did end up wanting it. I think the price was great. I got them by word of mouth from my house cleaner.

Everything went well. Carpets look clean and stretched. One little hole in corner was left.
